Nettle Cat T-shirt – Study II
A cat holds a heart.
From its vessels, the nettle begins to grow — not as decoration, but as continuation. The plant moves outward through the body’s own channels, following the logic of circulation rather than the logic of form.
What starts in the heart extends into branching structures that resemble roots, nerves, and the quiet architecture of the spine. Systems that usually remain unseen begin to overlap, as if plant and body were following the same underlying pattern of movement.
In herbal tradition, the nettle is known as a plant of activation. It meets contact directly. It is used to restore flow where things have become still — in blood, in vitality, in presence.
Here, that idea is not symbolic, but structural.
The heart does not contain the plant. It releases it.
And what emerges is neither purely botanical nor purely bodily, but something that behaves like both at once — a shared system of growth, response, and expansion.

- Iron Inside Out on Low – But don’t iron over the design unless you want to explain to the cat why their face is now… melted.
